Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Aloha is looking for experienced BCBA's who are excited about giving back to their community and learning more about the science of Behavior Analysis. BCBA's may work direct with clients as well as providing supervision and training to RBT's in a center based setting with additional opportunities to work in the community. BCBA's will be responsible for building client programs, overseeing client progress and analyzing change, implementing behavior reduction plans and training others including parents and caretakers. We are hiring for both part time and full time positions. 


-Write Initial and ongoing treatment plans

-Train Parents and Caretakers

-Create goals and moniter skill acquisition

-Training RBT's

-Implement Direct Therapy


-Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and up to date Board Certification from the BACB

-Hawaii Behavior Analyst Licensure

-Availability to work Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM

-Transportation to Center and Community when needed

 Registered Behavior Technician

Aloha is hiring experienced and enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to provide one-to-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other developmental disabilities. These services occur in center and in community settings. Behavior Technicians are responsible for implementing Behavior Intervention Plans and skill acquisition goals designed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). We are currently hiring for part-time (less than 20 hour/week) and full-time (20-35 hours/week) positions.  

- provide quality 1:1 instruction to children with ASD in communication, social, play, and adaptive skills
- record objective daily data to reflect client progress toward goals
- maintain objective daily session notes
- maintain effective communication with team members and supervisors

- minimum of 12 hours of college credit in ABA, Psychology, Education, or other related field
- bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- availability to work 8:00 AM-6:00 PM Monday-Friday
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)  certification strongly preferred
